2. No Guarantee of Employment
We provide recruitment facilitation and career-support services only.
Submission of a profile, participation in a workshop, completion of training, referral to an employer or forwarding of a candidate profile does not guarantee:
- Employment or placement
- An interview
- Selection by an employer
- A job offer
- A particular salary or compensation
- A particular job title, location or employment arrangement
- Visa, work permit or immigration approval
- Any specific career outcome
Employment decisions are made solely by the prospective employer based on its own requirements, assessment and selection process.
We do not represent or warrant that every candidate will receive an employment opportunity.
3. Candidate Profile Submission
Candidates may voluntarily submit their CV, resume, professional profile, educational details, employment history, skills, contact information and other information relevant to career or recruitment services.
By submitting your profile, you confirm that:
- The information provided by you is accurate and reasonably up to date.
- You have the right to provide the information submitted.
- Your CV and other materials do not knowingly contain false, misleading or unlawful information.
- You will inform us if there are material changes to your professional information.
- You understand that your profile may be considered for relevant employment opportunities.
We may contact you to clarify or verify information provided by you.
4. Use and Sharing of Candidate Profiles
Candidate information may be stored in our recruitment/talent database for the purpose of providing career and recruitment services.
Where appropriate, we may share or forward relevant candidate information with prospective employers, recruitment clients or corporate organisations where there is a relevant hiring requirement or potential employment opportunity matching the candidate’s profile.
We will not intentionally use a candidate’s profile for unrelated purposes.
Candidate information may include, where relevant:
- Name
- Contact details
- Resume/CV
- Educational qualifications
- Professional experience
- Skills and certifications
- Career preferences
- Notice period or availability
- Salary expectations
- Other professional information voluntarily provided by the candidate
We will seek to limit information shared to information reasonably relevant to the recruitment requirement.
We do not intend to sell candidate profiles or personal information as a standalone data product.
5. Candidate Consent
By submitting a profile or CV through our website or other authorised channels, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that:
- Talenvy may collect and store the submitted information for career and recruitment purposes.
- Talenvy may evaluate the profile against relevant employment requirements.
- Talenvy may contact the candidate regarding relevant opportunities.
- Talenvy may share relevant profile information with prospective employers or recruitment clients for legitimate recruitment purposes.
- The candidate understands that sharing a profile does not guarantee an interview, selection or employment.
- The candidate may contact Talenvy regarding their personal information or request appropriate changes or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law and any legitimate retention requirements.
6. Accuracy of Candidate Information
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their submitted information is accurate.
Candidates must not submit:
- False qualifications
- Fabricated employment experience
- Misleading professional information
- Another person’s CV or personal information without authorisation
- Fraudulent certificates or documents
- Information that infringes another person’s rights
Talenvy may suspend or reject a profile where it reasonably believes that information provided is false, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Employer and Corporate Clients
Employers and organisations using our services are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements.
We may introduce or forward suitable candidate profiles based on the requirements communicated by the employer.
The final decision regarding interview, selection, compensation, employment and onboarding remains entirely with the employer.
Talenvy does not guarantee the suitability of a candidate for every employer requirement and does not become the employer of a candidate merely by facilitating recruitment.
Where a separate agreement is entered into between Talenvy and a corporate client, that agreement will govern the commercial relationship between the parties.
8. Career Workshops and Training
Our workshops and career-readiness programmes are intended to provide education, guidance, practical skills and professional development.
Participation in any workshop or training programme does not guarantee employment or placement.
Information provided during workshops represents general career and professional guidance and should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular employment outcome.
Participants remain responsible for their own career decisions and actions.
9. Workshop Fees and Cancellation
Where a workshop or programme requires payment, the applicable fee, cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of registration.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, payment for a workshop does not constitute payment for guaranteed recruitment or employment.
Talenvy reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel a workshop where reasonably necessary. Where applicable, participants will be informed of the available rescheduling or refund arrangements.

All content available through our website or workshops, including:

- Templates

- Branding

belongs to Talenvy or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or republished without prior written permission.

13. No Employment Relationship
Participation in our workshops, registration on our platform or submission of a candidate profile does not create an employment relationship between the candidate and Talenvy.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Talenvy is acting as a career-support and recruitment facilitation organisation.
14. Data Protection and Privacy
We take the privacy and security of candidate and user information seriously.
Personal information collected through our website and services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where a candidate requests deletion or withdrawal of consent, we will consider and process the request in accordance with applicable law and any legitimate requirement to retain certain information.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
